F.A.Q.

Can I cancel a class once I have booked?

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund if you choose to cancel your booking. In exceptional circumstances students who are unable to attend may transfer to another course if Lily Cupcake is able to re-sell their original place to another student. This transfer is solely at the discretion of Lily Cupcake and will incur a £20 administration fee.

No transfer will be offered if the following circumstances apply:

    • a course booking is cancelled within 4 weeks of the course date (unless a waiting list for the course exists and the place can be re-sold at short notice);
    • students are unable to attend a course due to changes in personal circumstances;
    • students are unable to attend a course due to travel problems caused by unfavourable weather or cancellations by travel operators;

Can I change the name of the person booked on the course?

No, the person who is booked on the class must be the person who attends.  If you are unable to attend please see above.  In exceptional circumstances we may allow a name change but that will be solely at our discretion and subject to an admin fee of £20.

What if I arrive late?

If  you are more than 1 hour late, you will be unable to participate in the class as you will have too much to catch up on, this would be unfair on other students attending the class. Please make sure that you leave extra time on the day to allow for unforeseen circumstances.

 How do I book a class?

If  you wish to book a place on one of our classes, you may do so via email info@lilycupcake.co.uk or by calling 07548 885517.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail which will have all the details required to attend the class. A class is not secured until payment has been completed. We use PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account to book a class. You can use your credit or debit card on the secure PayPal website.

What is your refund policy?

In the event of cancellations and no shows, no refunds will be given. If Lily Cupcake cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances you will be offered a full refund or will be given the option of a space in the rescheduled class.

What is the minimum age for participants?

16 years is the minimum age (unless the class is a specific ‘children’s class’ where the minimum age will be advised in the course information.). Younger participants are welcome but will need to be accompanied by an adult , who will have to buy their place in the class.
